Dr James Spiers

James is a British psychologist, chartered member and associate fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Counselling Psychologist.

He works in full time clinical practice in the assessment and treatment of chronic anxiety based problems, PTSD, complex PTSD, and specialist psychotherapy for people diagnosed with functional neurological disorders

Tom is a registered Mental Health Nurse with over 10 years qualified experience working with adults, young people and families, including leadership positions within the NHS, third sector and private organisations. Liz is an assistant professor and course director for the low intensity psychological interventions programme at the University of Bradford, UK.  As a BABCP registered low intensity CBT practitioner Liz has over a decade of clinical experience working with anxiety and depression based problems within the context of long term and medically unexplained physical health conditions
